I went to the one in Short North and we got sick on the food afterwards so I was apprehensive to go to this one for a girls chat. I was pleasantly surprised. Though the ambiance was the same, the service was better despite the new person mixing up our tea order. It was quickly resolved and I enjoyed my japanese pancake while my friend enjoyed her curry dish and bought tea for her coworker. I miss true Asian tea houses and David's Tea from my city roots but this will suffice for now.
Tucked away on Main Street, this is a very cute little cafe. They have dozens of teas and they do a great job describing and recommending them. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy but we were seated right away. I went with the vanilla chai iced and it was very tasty but still came cold in a mug rather than with ice. For food I went with the spinach Parmesan quiche. It came with a side salad and potatoes. The salad was sooo good. The ginger dressing was amazing. The quiche was very good as well. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the service was a little slow. I think there was a shift change while we were there so we got a little forgotten about. But I would still come back despite that! Definitely check this place out.
Food and service was absolutely excellent, as was the ambiance. Faith, our server, was attentive and pleasant. She was also super knowledgeable about the teas and menus! Couldn't recommend it more.

Absolutely love this place. The owner is the cutest human ever she's so sweet and always smiling she remembers me every time I come in. The food is so yummy and the tea is mainly why I come. It's a very relaxing vibe inside. It's dim lighting and I like to come and sit alone sometimes. But if you are ever craving bubble tea and it's closed like on a Monday, check out first corner ! Right next to zencha. I always get my taro bubble tea from it. 10/10 I love it!! Thanks for being such an awesome place

10/10 recommend. I live in atlanta but would come to Columbus just to visit zencha. The food is great and unique. The service is stellar and it's surrounded by other cool shops.
What a gem!! Every time I come here the food is AMAZING. The atmosphere is very relaxing and pretty. The faculty are always so kind and helpful and I love coming here. Very much recommend.
A hidden gem in Bexley. We had been for lunch/brunch but not for dinner. Our bad! Quiet Thursday night. Our table mates were veteran ZenCha customers, so we ordered what they ordered. Moroccan Spiced Salmon with salad and salad with chicken. Both were excellent. Really good, especially the salmon.....and the salad! Attentive service was a plus. ZenCha will be on our local rotation!! There is parking in the back of the building in addition to sparse street parking.
